How to Read

I never remember reading being a challenge for me, but I do remember sitting down with my mom and learning how to do it. I learned how to read before I started school. I don't think that I really liked it at first, but I evemtually found my own style of reading. As I got older I started to figure out what genre I liked. When I was in elementry school, I was really into the Hank the Cowdog series. I loved all of Hank,s crazy adventures. As I got older and started middle school, I found another series that I really liked, The Hardy Boys.
I loved to read about the young detectives and all of their mysteries. It was also a good choice to read the seires because my Dad used to read them when he was that age, and so it gave me someone to talk to about the books. When I started Jr.High I kind of went backwards, I didnt read as much and only did it when it was required of me. I found other things to read that peak my intrest. I have always really been into cars, and so I found magazines about them and I began to like reading once more. I still read magazines like, Car and Driver and MotorTrend. All in all I believe that reading is important for anyone, in any field of work to learn, and that it can not only be relaxing, but also good for your mind.

Lincon's Second Inaugural Address

LINCON CREATED A TONE OF RIGHTOUS INDIGNATION IN HIS SPEECH. HE DID THIS BY BLAMING THE SOUTH FOR THE WAR. HE SAID" bUT ONE OF THEM WOULD RATHER MAKE WAR THAN LET THE NATION SURVIVE" AND HE DEFENDED THE NORTH BY FOLLOWING WITH" AND THE OTHER WOULD ACCEPT WAR RATHER THAN LET IT PERISH". HE IS SAYING THAT THE SOUTH WANTED WAR AND THAT THE NORTH FOLLOWED TO PROTECT THE NATION. ALTHUOGH ALL IN ALL HE IS GLAD THAT WE ARE ONCE AGIAN A NAION AS WE WHERE BEFORE. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE SCARS FROM WAR.
